ClipSense provides AI-powered video automation tools for creating social-ready content. You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

You retain ownership of all footage, brand assets, and materials you upload. By uploading content, you grant ClipSense a limited licence to process and transform that content solely to deliver the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at aithrivesolutions@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

The ClipSense platform, including its design, software, and AI models, is owned by AiThrive Solutions. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited right to use the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipSense is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
