ClipSense is built by AiThrive Solutions. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. What We Collect

When you use ClipSense we may collect:

• Account data — name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash)
• Uploaded content — video files, brand PDFs, and logos you submit for processing
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and error logs to help us improve the service
• Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor; we never store card details

2. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and manage your account
• To process your footage and generate videos
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
• To diagnose bugs and improve platform performance

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your uploaded content to train AI models.

3. Data Retention

Uploaded footage and generated videos are stored for 30 days after creation, then permanently deleted. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate ClipSense, including cloud storage, email delivery, and payment processing. Each provider is bound by data processing agreements and is not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256. We perform regular security reviews and promptly address any vulnerabilities.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, contact us at aithrivesolutions@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will notify you by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
